Edit Sandra received her formal education from Brisbane State High School and completed her high school graduation from there in 1978.
After that she joined some University and began pursuing her higher education.
She is on the Walkley Advisory Board – charged with helping steer the path of Australia’s most prestigious Journalism Awards.
Her career highlights include 18 years as the highly popular National Presenter and Senior Editor of TEN Late News with Sports Tonight.
Sandra is a passionate sports fan and sits on the Board of Hockey Australia, as well as being one of the first women members of the prestigious Carbine Club of New South Wales, which supports children in sport.
Sandra is an Ambassador for National Adoption Awareness and, as well as being committed to several charity organisations, including her position as Co-Patron of Spinal Cure and Ambassador for the NSW Crime Stoppers.

She is also popular for being the former co host of Melbourne Cup carnival. However, this married life didn't last that long as they got divorced within two years. The actual reason why they got divorced is unknown.
